Magickal Connections: Creating a Healthy and Lasting Spiritual Group

Magickal Connections (formerly: Magickal Group Dynamics) is a practical workbook for anyone interested in exploring the conjunction of sociology, psychology, and magic found within any 'Working' group. For centuries, sages and scholars have been fascinated by groups; the way they form, change over time, dissipate unexpectedly, achieve great goals, and sometimes commit great wrongs. Humans are social animals, for we naturally gravitate away from isolated circumstances into groups. But what, precisely, is a group? How is a group created for spiritual purposes different from that found in an office, or made up of friends?

After writing other books, and speaking about magickal group dynamics for several years, I realized that the Pagan community needed a practical, accessible workbook, one that examines the group within the context of being a magickal group and how it can best be managed. This workbook is the result.
